VegaYoga Tips

We offer our classes by level, providing an easy way to find an appropriate class for your practice.

All of our classes explore ways to relieve stress in the body, increase strength and flexibility, and create a general over-all sense of wellbeing.

Our students receive tools and teachings that can be utilized throughout their entire life.

  • New To Yoga

Please arrive 10 minutes early to your first class to meet your teacher, fill out a short in-take form here before coming to class and you can purchase a class pass here. Prior to taking class, please notify your teacher of any physical challenges you might be having or if you are pregnant.

  • What to wear?

Please wear comfortable clothing which provides ease and comfort of movement. Yoga is practiced without shoes. Bare feet work best on the sticky mats, however, socks are also sufficient.

  • Mats and props?

We provide yoga mats, foam blocks, 8-foot straps and sturdy cotton Mexican blankets  to aid in your practice for no additional charge. You may also bring your own mat and props if you wish.

  • Food and water?

Try to avoid eating heavy meals before class. We encourage you to bring a water bottle to keep next to you during practice.

VegaYoga Family Philosophy

When opening Vega Yoga & Movement Art’s back in April of 2008, it was very important to Aaron and Debra to provide a family-friendly atmosphere, where children and parents could practice together, while maintaining a separate personal yoga practice.

Now with VegaYoga Mobile Debra brings yoga to schools, day cares, camps and community organizations. Live Typing Area.

We strongly feel families who practice together create strong bonds that transfer into everyday family life. All of the same physical, mental and de-stressing benefits which yoga provides to adults are also very important to children, especially in this fast-paced world we live in. Yoga is a gift that children can carry with them into the rest of their childhood and the rest of their lives.
