Gentle Kripalu Yoga
Kripalu is a gentle hatha yoga practice with a compassionate approach and emphasis on meditation, physical healing and spiritual transformation that overflows into daily life. In a Kriplau class, each student learns to find their own level of practice on a given day by looking inward. The classes usually begin with breathing exercises and gentle stretches followed by a series of individual poses and final relaxation. Like most yoga styles and traditions, Kripalu Yoga uses classic asanas (though not a particular set or routine), pranayama (breathwork), development of a quiet mind, and the practice of relaxation.

Yoga to Trim, Tone and Strengthen
*Level 2. This class offers more challenging poses for those who have already become familiar with the beginner-level class, with more emphasis on alignment and technique. "Mini-flows" and core work are added to prepare students for more advanced levels. Modifications are used with hands-on assistance from the instructor.

Yoga Flow: Embodying Grace
*Level 2/3. By entering into a meditative state and riding our breath from one pose to the next, we get in tune with a deeper wisdom. If we pay attention, we'll experience moments of effortlessness, and a smile may appear on our face. These are the moments of connection, release, or insight that yoga promises. Yoga Flow invokes these experiences through sequences that include core strengthening, standing poses and floor work. We will practice "embodying grace" through out the class . . . until the practice becomes a sacred dance.

Restorative Yoga
*Open Level - If you've never tried restorative yoga, you are in for a real treat! Treat yourself to an hour of relaxation for the mind and body, where the focus is on being rather than doing. Poses are held for longer periods with support from props, allowing for a gentle and safe stretch. You will leave this class feeling open and refreshed.
